As a Senior Community Impact Associate, Tiana is responsible for supporting the grant process, reviewing and assessing eligibility requirements, and assisting with research to ensure that we are committing to our mission. She also assists with the Brainard Fund and is a member of the Employment Opportunities and the Civic & Resident Engagement Teams. Prior to joining the Hartford Foundation for Giving, she was the Community Liaison for the City of Hartford in the Office of Community Engagement, where her role was to share resources, assist residents with Operation Fuel (utility assistance) and Larrabee Fund applications, create meaningful solutions and understand the needs of Hartford residents. She attended Hartford Public Schools from kindergarten through high school and graduated from Trinity College, Class of 2021.

What do you enjoy most about Greater Hartford?
My favorite thing about Greater Hartford is being able to witness youth navigate how to be leaders within their communities through speaking engagements, events, social media and beyond!
