Juhi Vajpayee Gawli

Juhi joined the Foundation in 2024. With over five years of experience in India's development sector, she brings expertise in monitoring and evaluation using quantitative and qualitative methods for impact assessment and program evaluation. In her last role at Salaam Bombay Foundation, she led multiple M&E and research projects for youth empowerment programs, collaborating with Harvard on longitudinal studies. Previously, as a research consultant, she managed impact evaluation projects focused on education, healthcare access, and livelihood opportunities across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh. Juhi has conducted fieldwork, stakeholder interviews, and participatory research in diverse community settings. She earned her master's degree in public policy from University College London and her bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Delhi.

In this role, Juhi looks forward to leveraging her skills in data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation to support the Foundation's outcome-focused community impact team.

Having worked extensively in diverse communities, Juhi understands the importance of embedding equity principles into all aspects of work, and she is excited to be part of the Foundation that prioritizes these values.
