Debbie came to the Foundation in May 2025. Previously, she spent 18 years at the Williston Northampton School where she held a series of increasingly senior rolesgaining deep experience in budgeting, financial reporting, auxiliary operations, and strategic planning. Her leadership was instrumental in the successful management of capital projects, audit processes, and long-term financial planning initiatives.

Debbie holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Westfield State University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is also an active member and post chair of the NBOA Controller's Council and has received the NBOA Professional Achievement Award.

What do you enjoy most about Greater Hartford?

There is always something to do! Whether it's a Hartford Wolf Pack game at the XL Center or a concert at Bushnell Park, there is no shortage of events to attend within the Greater Hartford community.
