Chris coordinates the development and management of public affairs and communty relations efforts to drive the Foundation’s public policy, media relations and relationship development in the region. Working across all departments, he builds the organization’s media presence and public policy knowledge while deepening its presence in the region and relationships with local organizations, policymakers and community members.
Previously, Chris helped lead several grassroots initiatives in the state, including Connecticut’s indoor smoking ban, UConn 21st Century infrastructure and the construction of Rentschler Field in East Hartford.
What do you enjoy most about Greater Hartford?
My favorite thing about Hartford is the overall spirit of comaraderie and collaboration. Because the region is relatively small, it offers opportunities to get to know people and work together to make a tangible impact.
