Learning and Evaluation Officer
Maddie joined the Foundation in 2022. She has extensive experience in social sciences research and diversity and inclusion initiatives through a historically conscious, trauma-informed perspective. Prior to joining the Foundation, Maddie worked as a behavioral coder for the Yale Child Study Center, researching the social and affective development of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She also previously served as an executive board member of Womxn of Color for Maternal & Child Health at Yale School of Public Health. She earned her Master's in Public Health from Yale University and her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Spanish from Santa Clara University.
