Erika Frank

Senior Community Impact Officer

Erika is part of the team responsible for managing the Foundation’s strategic and responsive grantmaking, and serves as the primary contact for HFPG Impact! Greater Hartford, the Foundation’s impact investing subsidiary. Her primary area of work is managing the Foundation’s investments in community and economic development.

Prior to joining the Foundation, she held positions as a classroom teacher and assistant to strategic partnership development at Hartford Public Schools.  Erika earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Library and Information Science from Simmons College.

What do you enjoy most about Greater Hartford?
The food! The Hartford area offers an incredible diversity of cuisines from Vietnamese and Polish to Peruvian and Caribbean.

Are you involved in any volunteer activities?
I serve on the Board of Trustees for the Fund for Greater Hartford, which partners with others to ensure children in our region are academically and socially proficient.
