Our community’s challenges do not exist in isolation — neither should our solutions. En Español

As a broad-based community foundation, we are presented with the many needs and ambitions of our community members and organizations.

Building upon the lessons learned together over the past five years, our three priority areas—vibrant communities, learning from birth through college, and family economic security—recognize the interrelated conditions that must be addressed and the equitable supports that must be provided to strengthen Greater Hartford for all our residents.

In each of these areas, we will focus on the people and places with greatest need.

These priorities also build on recent investments and collaborative efforts, and are supported by our key strategies.

Explore the links below for some examples of work in progress.
