About the Work Plan

All regular Hartford Foundation grant applications include a project work plan.  The following materials are intended to help you better understand what the work plan is and how to use it to describe your project in terms of community benefit.

The work plan alone is not considered a grant request; rather, it must be submitted as part of the full application package.  To obtain a grant application, please contact the Foundation.  One of our program staff will be happy to help you begin the process.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.  To read more about applying for a grant from the Foundation, click here.

The following documents are available in PDF format.  Click the titles to open the documents.
