Application Work Plan
All regular Hartford Foundation grant applications include a project work plan. These materials can help you better understand what the work plan is and how to use it to describe your project. The work plan alone is not considered a grant request – it must be submitted as part of the full application package.

Summer Programs Directory
Each year, the Hartford Foundation publishes this directory in partnership with the Hartford Public Schools to provide information about summer school and other programs in Greater Hartford. These include programs for persons with special needs and for senior citizens.
